I love pizza.
Actually, I love good pizza.
I just ate the worst slice of pizza.
In fact, I ate 2 bad slices.
I’m not sure why. Perhaps it was the all you can eat pizza slices for $4.99 sign.
I should have known better.
The pointed end was soggy and the big end was brick hard.
The slices had been sitting in the cooler for at least an hour.
I scraped the cheese, pineapple and ham starting from the tip and piled it on the large end, then tore off the crust. My plate was a mess.
In essence, I only ate sauce and toppings.
Twenty minutes later, the pizza spoke to me using bad language.
My husband said, “You know better than to eat at that pizza shop. It kills both of us every time we eat there.”
Pain and insult-It always hurts more when Scott’s right.
"Mamma Mia" I should learn to make my own pizza.

Have a wonderful day.
